By purchasing, receiving, or using any cheatcalc product, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
1. Nature of the product
cheatcalc products are modified graphing calculators that integrate third-party AI services. They are sold as novelty hardware intended for personal experimentation, technical study, and lawful use. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the product is lawful and permitted by any institution, employer, examiner, governing body, or other party with authority over the context in which you use it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide at checkout is accurate.
3. Sold "as-is" — no warranty
Each product is sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cheatcalc disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, freedom from defects, and quiet enjoyment.
No statement made by cheatcalc — on the website, in marketing materials, in Discord, or in any other channel — constitutes a warranty. Performance claims (including but not limited to discreetness, response time, accuracy of AI output, battery life, and detection-resistance) are illustrative only and are not guarantees.
4. Refunds and returns
All sales are final. cheatcalc does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or any other reason within your control.
Replacement of a defective unit (one that fails to power on, or has a clear manufacturing defect identifiable on arrival) may be offered at cheatcalc's sole discretion if reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, per the Refunds policy.
5. Permitted use and prohibited use
You agree that you will not use the product:
- In any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- To violate any rule, policy, or code of conduct of any school, university, professional licensing body, certification authority, employer, or examiner without the express written permission of that body;
- To facilitate fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access to systems;
- To resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer the product without prior written consent from cheatcalc;
- To reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the product's firmware, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use in violation of this section immediately voids any replacement eligibility, warranty (to the extent any exists), and support obligation cheatcalc may otherwise have provided.
6. Modification voids everything
Any physical, electrical, or firmware modification of the product by you or any third party — including but not limited to opening the casing, changing components, flashing alternate firmware, or rerouting the network connection — immediately voids any replacement eligibility, support, and any other obligation cheatcalc may have toward you.
7. Third-party services
The product depends on third-party services including OpenAI (GPT-5.5), cellular/Wi-Fi network operators, payment processors, and shipping carriers. cheatcalc is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, reliability, security, pricing, or policy decisions of any third-party service. Service interruptions, policy changes, or discontinuations by third parties may impair or terminate product functionality, and cheatcalc has no obligation to refund or replace product in such cases.
8. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated output (text or otherwise) returned by the product may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it. cheatcalc makes no warranty of correctness for AI output and accepts no liability for consequences arising from its use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will cheatcalc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the product, its use, its non-use, or these Terms — regardless of the cause of action and even if cheatcalc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cheatcalc's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the product or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid cheatcalc for the product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless cheatcalc and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use or misuse of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or right of any third party.
11. Intellectual property
All firmware, design, branding, copy, and other intellectual property associated with the product remain the sole property of cheatcalc. Purchasing the product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, lawful purposes only — and no other rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which cheatcalc operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the product will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
13. Changes to these Terms
cheatcalc may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the product or website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
